Terms of Service

By commissioning me, it is understood that the following has been read and agreed on:
Credits (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ	The commissioner has the right to use the artwork for any personal use, but please do not claim the artwork without crediting the artist. Commercial use fees shall be discussed first. I will let the commissioner know first if I wish to use the artwork for a portfolio or showcase.
Payment Σ(っ °Д °;)っ	50% upfront payment is required for me to push through with the commission once I show a sketch and have gained approval from the commissioner. Refunds are only possible if: 1) 2-3 months have passed since full-payment; 2) I am unable to complete the artwork for reasons.
Limitations o(≧口≦)o	I have the right to cancel a commission if it makes me uncomfortable. I will try to conform with the changes the commissioner requests as much as possible as long as the artwork is in its line art stage. I cannot do NSFW, furry, and realism.
